“We have been talking to other real estate agents and thought these guys are just so green and I just thought no, we will stick with people that are in that specific area and they are the ones that can market it.” Amanda said.

Amanda always expected she would get a good price for her property and wanted to break the million dollar mark. Since the previous record for the suburb was $995,000 that may have seemed like a tall order. But with Best Use at the helm they achieved the sum of $1,045,000. Amanda was thrilled to clear the million mark and prove wrong the people who said they would not get a figure near that.

Best Use are not surprised that the property sold so well and so swiftly but even they are thrilled to have destroyed the suburb record in such a quick timeframe.

After such a successful sale Amanda is keen to let property owners know that if they live in an area like Camp Hill which is undergoing development then Best Use are the agents to choose. Don’t expect a local estate agent to be able to offer the same service and potential buyers that Best Use can.

“I know there’s been a few properties that have been sold in the area in recent times and I have wondered whether they could have got a bit more for it if they didn’t go for the first thing that was offered to them.” Amanda said
